Good afternoon. I called your European Breakdown number last Friday afternoon having broken down with rocker cover gasket failure in Le Mans France whilst visiting the Moto GP. I would like to say a big thank you to all your guys who made what could have been a disaster into a great service. I called your number for help at 12:05 and was recovered to Yamaha Le Mans by 13:30, a service second to none. My bike was repaired by Saturday midday.
I will be of course passing on my comments via word of mouth and owners club web sites detailing the very high level of service you guys offer. The outcome was that both I and my friend who was accompanying me had a fabulous weekend, it could have been disastrous.
Other people I came across during my experience- contractors of yours are DAM depannage of Arnage France. The Guy (Christian I think) recovered me to the dealer he also made sure that Natalie (first time in Europe and did not want to become separated) my travel partner followed the truck to the garage. He had to be very patient because the traffic was horrendous so we travelled on a lot of close roads in the circuit campus. Natalie was stopped at least six or seven times and refused passage, Christian explained our predicament and presto on we go!! I was sorted before he left, great service. No, better than great – outstanding!! Sorry I digress so I will close………….

Last year my wife was involved in a minor RTA where the ‘other party’ changed their story after initially admitting liability.
It would have been easy for the ‘accident’ to have been written off ‘knock for knock’ but due to the efforts and perservance of Carole Nash the matter was resolved. All costs were paid for by the third party. A good result all round not to mention justice was done. Thanks to Carole Nash for the service that was provided.
I wanted to thank you for the service you recently provided me with following my motorbike breaking down in France on October 4th 2009. Your staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and kept me informed throughout. Both my bike and I were returned safely with the disruption kept to a minimum. I called today for recovery of my Suzuki T250 which had broken down.
I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the SOS recovery driver that assisted me. He arrived just within the hour specified.
The guy was brilliant – he tried for ages to get the bike working but only after he took me home first. He really did put all the effort into it. Shame he couldn’t actually get it going but never mind. The real shame was he said he’d definitely get it going if he had more time.
I just wanted to see if you could pass my thanks on as the driver did have another call after me and he did make himself late for it to sort my problem out.
Think the next thing you guys should do is introduce a repair policy now… I’d pay a little extra if I could get that guy back to actually repair the bike at my house whenever he had the time.

Dear Carole Nash,
On the 22nd August at 6.30pm my bike broke down..it was terminal and could not be fixed at the roadside. I called your breakdown service and was advised that I would have to wait for between 60 and 90 minutes for recovery. After 30 minutes a van arrived and when loaded,we were on our way home……bike unloaded,the driver refused all offers of tea,coffee or something to eat and he was on his way.
